AI for knowledge. Humans for the meaning.
Quality of education, eduQua and ISO 9001.
Learning needs trust. This trust comes from quality, transparency and traceability. We ensure quality throughout the entire learning process. Content, formats and systems are verifiable. Decisions are documented.
How we understand quality
Quality is not a control instrument. It is part of the learning architecture.
The levels of quality assurance
Quality works on several levels. They all interlock.
Content quality
Learning objectives, content and tasks are technically correct and didactically sensible.
Didactic quality
Formats, methods and learning logic support sustainable learning and transfer.
Systemic quality
Processes, roles and systems ensure that quality is maintained at all times.

Why verification is key
The more digital learning becomes, the more important traceability becomes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to make quality in continuing education measurable?
Measurable quality means that learning success can be demonstrated. This includes defined learning objectives, verifiable performance assessments, documented processes, and an evaluation that also reveals uncomfortable results. Satisfaction surveys complement this picture with the participants' perspective.
Is vE Bildungsexzellenz certified?
Yes. vE Bildungsexzellenz is certified according to ISO 9001 and eduQua. eduQua is the Swiss quality label for continuing education providers, and ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems.
Do you support other providers with eduQua or ISO 9001?
Yes. We support educational providers with initial and re-certification: process documentation, key performance indicator systems, internal audits, management reviews, and preparation for the on-site audit. We work with the exact same tools that we use in-house.
What is verification of learning outcomes?
Verification means that an academic achievement is proven in a verifiable and tamper-proof manner. The authenticity of the certificate can be checked by third parties. This is relevant wherever qualifications must be proven to employers, associations, or authorities.
How many key performance indicators does an education provider need?
A few reliably collected key figures are enough. A cockpit with around eight clearly defined metrics that are actually maintained provides a reliable basis for management. We therefore rely on a lean, well-maintained key figure system.
