Success Story

Schenker Storen takes training seriously - as part of its corporate culture and as the key to quality customer contact. However, even established formats occasionally need a fresh look from the outside in order to continue to have an impact.

This is why Thomas Rykart, together with vE Bildungsexzellenz, carried out an assessment of the existing training day. Strengths were made visible - and potentials concretely identified - in a partnership of equals.

The collaboration was characterized by a collegial openness in which appreciation and critical dialogue met at eye level. It was precisely this constructive exchange - benevolent, but also challenging - that made it possible to question entrenched structures and provide courageous impetus for further development.

The first targeted further developments have already emerged from the joint reflection:

• A concise communication of objectives right at the beginning of the event ensures clear orientation in future and strengthens the participants' personal responsibility.
• More than half of the content is now conveyed in activating, dialog-oriented formats - for example via workshops, reflection units and interactive group work.
• A preparatory impulse before the event gets people thinking before they are even in the room - a simple tool with a big impact.

The use of an adaptive learning approach is also being examined. Thanks to AI Individual learning paths This is a great advantage, especially for heterogeneous groups with different levels of experience.
