Our vision combines two aspects:
- Technological efficiency: AI can take over knowledge transfer, practice, feedback and scaling.
- Human excellence: People have to create meaning, make decisions, weigh up risks and take responsibility.

This is not a call for „more technology“. It is a clear distribution of roles:
