A Swiss insurance company had a training concept that grew over the years. As a result, the concept was redundant at various points. Additionally, it no longer met the requirements of a contemporary training concept. Therefore, the training concept was revised and its application was implemented in practice.

Result
The insurance company received a contemporary concept which serves as a basis for the various training and further education offers. Thanks to the clear orientation and consistent implementation, it was possible to save several 100,000 Swiss Francs compared to before.
