Schenker Storen takes training seriously - as part of its corporate culture and as the key to quality customer contact. However, even established formats occasionally need a fresh look from the outside in order to continue to have an impact.<\/p>\n

This is why Thomas Rykart, together with vE Bildungsexzellenz, carried out an assessment of the existing training day. Strengths were made visible - and potentials concretely identified - in a partnership of equals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The collaboration was characterized by a collegial openness in which appreciation and critical dialogue met at eye level. It was precisely this constructive exchange - benevolent, but also challenging - that made it possible to question entrenched structures and provide courageous impetus for further development.<\/p>\n

The first targeted further developments have already emerged from the joint reflection:<\/p>\n
